Skymouse Productions knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting our web sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Skymouse Productions Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at our web sites. Here are the types of information we gather.

• Information You Give Us: We receive and store information that you choose to enter on our Web sites or give us in any other way, except as noted below. Some examples of the information we may receive from you are your email address and optional details that you enter if registering as a user on our message boards; your name and billing address and order details if you purchase our full-length downloadable videos. We do not ship any physical goods, so we do not ask for or collect your home address. We do not store your credit card number. If you make an online payment, our system does not retain or store your credit card number. If you purchase a subscription to our Members Only web sites using one of the available online signup forms, we record only your username and password. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as fulfilling the services, responding to your requests, improving our sites, and communicating with you.


• Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our web sites. Examples of this kind of information include the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect to our sites; the browser type; operating system type and version.


• Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Skymouse Productions has access to some subscription information from the companies that perform subscription services for Members Only website customers. This subscription information may include your name, billing address, and website login, but does not include your credit card number. This subscription information may be viewed by Skymouse Productions when it helps to resolve your subscription query, but is not otherwise stored or further processed by Skymouse Productions.

What About Cookies?

• Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features of our message boards and Members Only websites.


• The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of our features, and are required for some of our Members Only website service to work properly, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Does Skymouse Productions Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries controlled by us that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

• Other Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with other businesses. In some cases, such as 2000charge, CCBill EU, and 123Bill, these businesses provide either subscription or transaction-related services, or both, and may also provide customer service to those of our customers whose purchases involve the systems or services operated by those businesses. In other cases, for example with the Adult Check ® products, we provide content or other benefits that assist in the product lines offered by these businesses. You can tell when another company is involved in the collection or processing of your information, and their pages are makrked and distinguished from ours.
  
  Other businesses also provide technical functions, such as web hosting companies who provide and maintain the servers where our web site data is physically stored. They have access to information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
  
  Similarly, we use Google Analytics, which is a statistical service performed on our behalf by Google. This service enables us to be aware of overall patterns relating to the visits to our web pages (e.g. what percentage of visits are from people in each country, which pages people are most likely to view before signing up, etc.) As there can be 20,000 or more separate individuals viewing our web pages on any one day, this is vital for discovering potential problems or areas where improvements are needed. No pesonal information is involved in this process, and it does not enable us to learn about the behaviour of any person outside of our sites. No personal information is shared with Google. In addition, our cookies can't be cross-referenced by those used on other companies' web sites (so it would not be possible, for example, for us, or another party, to identify you by correlating the data you provide us with data collected by other web sites.)


• Protection of Skymouse Productions and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Skymouse Productions, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.


• With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

• We work to protect the security of your information during transmission of financial and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We also use SSL for communicating between servers when processing transactions.


• When receiving a credit card order on our system, we do not permanently store your credit card number once validation and processing have been performed.

What Information Can I Access?

Information held by the subscription processing services can generally be viewed using their systems, or by contacting their customer services. Skymouse Productions will also give you details of the information that we hold, if requested. You can view or change some information online, such as that contained in your Message Board profile.
