Refunds policy overview:
Refunds will be made in the original value of the product provided and by the same means. You may request a
refund by emailing us at refunds@changingtimesltd.com.
We consider it very important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a problem, we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible to your
complete satisfaction. Therefore, if you have a query or a problem regarding your purchase we
would encourage you to contact
Skymouse Productions Customer Services directly, so we can promptly fix the problem or issue a refund.
Web site subscriptions and downloadable video purchases: if you have susbscribed to one of our Members Only
websites, or paid for a full-length Downloadable video, and there is a technical problem or fault with our service
which we can't fix to your complete satisfaction, then, at your request, we will issue a full refund. This includes problems
on our system that prevent you downloading files or enjoying the full scope of the service.
If there is a
fault outside our resposnibility - for example, a problem with your computer system or your ISP - we will still do
our very best to help fix the problem or advise you how to fix or work around it, and if no solution is
available we may still, at our discretion, offer a refund.
DVD and VHS Videos, and other physical goods:
Please note that we do not supply or distribute DVD or other physical goods. If you have a problem with a DVD version of one of our
productions, please contact the supplier, for example Patches Place, and they
will be able to hlep.
