You may not sell, re-sell, use, copy, distribute, publish, or broadcast any of the videos, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified, nor any derivative thereof, without written permission of the copyright holder.

You warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and that it is lawful for you to access our services or products under the jurisdiction applicable to you.

You acknowledge and are aware that our services or products, in the opinion of the owner of this website, may contain material unsuitable for minorsincluding but not limited to sexually explicit adult oriented materials, depictions and descriptions of nudity, simulated or actual sexual acts, and auto eroticism.

Skymouse affirms that all depicted models were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography, that the videos contains no obscene, violent, degrading or illegal content, and confirms with the descriptions given for each video or group of videos. Prices of downloadable products are as indicated and are quoted in US dollars, and no further or unauthorised charges will be made. No physical goods will be despatched and you are purchasing access to downloadable files only.
